Empowering the Saudi Tech Sector: Advanced Skills Training with MCIT

In a strategic collaboration with MCIT through Alkhaleej Training Company, we provided comprehensive training programs in deep technologies to over 1000 Saudi professionals. Our programs covered diverse areas, including AI, Data Science, Bioinformatics, AI for Engineers, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and more.


In alignment with Saudi Arabia's developmental objectives and VISION 2030, we developed and delivered these educational programs primarily to young Saudi professionals, aiming to equip them with the advanced technical skills necessary for the nation's future. The courses were conducted in Arabic by highly qualified trainers from across the globe, a distinctive feature that fostered better understanding and engagement among participants.

Our collaboration with Alkhaleej Training Company played a significant role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality pieces of training while strictly adhering to local regulations and requirements. This partnership further amplified our reach and impact, enabling us to contribute effectively to the capacity building of Saudi professionals.


One of the major challenges we encountered was the regional lack of expertise in these advanced technologies and, most notably, the scarcity of high-quality trainers. Given the cutting-edge nature of the disciplines involved, finding trainers with deep understanding and experience was indeed a significant task.


To overcome this hurdle, we initiated a global recruitment drive to attract experienced scientists and experts from all over the world. These efforts resulted in assembling a team of top-notch trainers who were adept at transferring knowledge in these complex fields.

In addition, we invested in internal capacity building to strengthen our training capabilities. We conducted regular workshops and upskilling sessions for our team members, ensuring that they remained abreast of the latest trends and developments in their respective fields.

Furthermore, we introduced innovative training methodologies to maximize participant engagement and comprehension. This included hands-on exercises, real-world project work, and interactive learning tools, which were highly effective in cementing the theoretical knowledge gained during the training.


Our efforts culminated with an incredibly successful training program that saw over 1000 Saudi professionals enriched in more than 10 areas of deep technology.

These participants, equipped with newfound expertise, went on to secure promotions or new roles in their respective fields. The program thereby achieved not only the upliftment of individual career trajectories but also contributed to the broader national objective of advancing the Kingdom's technological proficiency. The impact of our endeavor is a testament to the power of high-quality education, international collaboration, and innovative solutions in overcoming complex challenges.
